- Rating 3.0You have the rooms to hire more therapists but you dont. Booking appointments are 2 months out +. Nobody wants to wait months to get on a schedule and some folks would like to come more than once a month. It seems like you dont want people to come more than once a month and that's a shame. Massage envy provides perks for folks on a subscription but with your franchise the clients cant get a perk. Other franchises are not this way. I would recommend chatting with other franchises to find out how they are successful at being able to book appointments the same week and your franchise cannot.
