- Rating 4.0My appointment before this one, last week was cancelled, not before I sat in the quiet room for about 20 minutes, went out to the front desk and asked where my therapist was. I had to wait a few minutes more before they came back to me to tell me they could not contact my therapist so my appointment was cancelled. The front desk clerk did apologize and gave me some kind of add-on for this week's appointment, not really an equal compensation that I already had scheduled. I got a call Sunday before this week's appointment to remind me about my appointment, something I never get I usually only get a text to confirm. I felt a kind of way about no mention during this call about coming in and waiting and then having my appointment cancelled the week before. Especially when if I cancelled at this point I would have been charged.

- Rating 5.0Matthew is the best, I love how knowledgeable he is! I had a sports injury and he was able to completely mitigate my pains from it! And suggested followup stretches while explaining what muscle and why it was injured, etc.
- Rating 5.0My masseuse, Kelsey, was excellent. Very personable, knowledgeable and the massage was outstanding.
- Rating 5.0The manager is awesome. She greets everyone with a smile and call you by your name. The receptionist are really friendly and always have a smile.
