- Rating 1.0Very unhappy with change in time with no confirmation from me. Front desk was very rude when I called back to try and understand what happened. To have a confirmed appointment changed because of a “break” for provider. I should not have been charged. I have been with ME for over 10 yrs and have never just ignored a communication about change. I have been flexible in past. My record speaks for itself!

- Rating 1.5I’ve been a member on and off for years. Just rejoined and this was the worse massage I’ve ever had
- Rating 1.0When I walk in the door I was greeted with did anyone tell you to come a few minutes earlier I said no then I was like you don’t know what I been they to get there then I had and an amazing massage to come out to the waiting area to be greeted again, but the same young lady to address me with I guess trying to sell me a package tell her no I did not have time. I will call when I can fit it in her response to me out of 30 days. I don’t have one day, take time for myself. I am a child so my beautiful massage was ruined again by the same young lady that addressed me when I walked in the door.
- Rating 4.0I am enjoying my membership with Massage Envy since it makes getting regular massages much easier to do. The only thing that dropped my rating was that I feel it could have a bit better value such as maybe one free add on service per massage, etc. since the membership price is not significantly less than a regular single session.

I felt relaxed and booked again! The front desk associate was wonderful and made me feel like part of the Massage Envy family.
