  Kaysie has been my esthetician for almost two years now. I had a facial with her on 03/24/24. As always, it was amazing! She takes a minute to ask me a few questions about my skin before my facial begins. Kaysie always explains what she is applying to my face and always checks to make sure I'm not having a bad reaction. She is gentle and takes her time when doing extractions. Kaysie also gives the best facial massage! I absolutely love her! She is a wonderful esthetician. Massage Envy is extremely lucky to have Kaysie as an employee.

  I indicated in my intake questionnaire that I wanted a massage with firm pressure, but my service provider was basically just rubbing my skin, with very little actual muscle massage. When I specifically requested -- for the second time -- that he use firmer pressure, he told me that "the use of physical strength doesn't improve the result." When I questioned him about that, his response was just that "I'd be taken care of." In other words, he not only refused to provide the service I had requested and was paying for, but didn't permit further discussion. I've had many, many massages over the years, and have never had a service provider simply refuse to provide the service I had requested - I honestly couldnt't believe it.

  I had a massage with Xander he did an excellent job assessing the areas that I needed worked on. Massage Envy Willow Lawn staff are professional, always greet clients when you first arrive and when you have any questions in reference to the client membership services they are very knowledgeable and look to accommodate the client.

  I occasionally come to the Willow Lawn location for a massage my experience on Sunday March 24th was the worst. I have never had any complaints and always look forward to coming to Massage Envy for my massages. The masseuse was unfriendly no personality he said three words to me and that was when the session was over 10 minutes early He gave me a massage with the sheet on like he was afraid to touch me he did not ask me to position myself. I laid face down the entire 50 minutes not 60!!!!! He didn't yuck the sheet in to form my body . He pulled the sheet back to massage my shoulders. When I checked out, I told the lady how I was not satisfied. I left a tip which I felt he didn't deserve.

  Having the front desk staff be confident and know the information they are presenting to customers be factual information, it becomes frustrating and looks deceptive that customers are told 1 thing and then encounter a financial setback attributed to misinformation given by the front desk staff.... and when you attempt to get resolution your given options that do not meet your needs or the explained process that they first represented to you when asking questions.
