- Rating 1.0I was tricked into becoming a member. I was told that the membership could be cancelled at any time. I have been trying to cancel for 3 months and am still getting charged. The employee are clearly unhappy - I have been told by multiple employees that several employees are quitting and that scheduling will be difficult.

- Rating 3.5I asked to concentrate on my legs and feet and very little time was spent on this area
- Rating 1.0Laura the massage therapist was extremely rude from initial contact. She asked me what type of service I was looking for and I informed her of such. She told me she didn’t do that and if it was too much for me to handle during the session, then will stop and cancel the appointment. She did not give me an opportunity to speak. It was very rushed and extremely rude.

- Rating 2.5So not enough therapist. I am waiting weeks between sessions when I am booking. Hoping to get in every 2-3 weeks and sometimes it is taking me a month or so. HOw can I use all my tickets. Many are not doing 90 mins and using my monthly tickets I can't. Current therapist are exhausted they need to hire MORE therapist that have evening hours at Leesburg Va location

- Rating 5.0Jimmy listened to my issues (tennis elbow/shoulder tightness), and did a great job getting deep and relieving issues. Woke up today with elbow feeling better than it has in months.
- Rating 1.0Heather was great. Facial was great. However, front desk is not. Signed up a few years ago for the discounted multiple visit package. Wasn’t told I was being charged even months when I didn’t go. On top of that he auto renewed. I was given a chance to use the credits, but not enough time to really use them. Called for Dec appt. None available. Booked early Jan. Told I could use my credit card after my facial, she said I had no credits. I had to pay. I WON’T BE BACK!
