- Rating 2.5So not enough therapist. I am waiting weeks between sessions when I am booking. Hoping to get in every 2-3 weeks and sometimes it is taking me a month or so. HOw can I use all my tickets. Many are not doing 90 mins and using my monthly tickets I can't. Current therapist are exhausted they need to hire MORE therapist that have evening hours at Leesburg Va location
- Rating 5.0Very relaxing. Sally could tell the areas needing extra attention, and helped alleviate the tension in my muscles.
- Rating 2.5I can never get an appointment when I want it. There just aren't enough options.
- Rating 5.0Jimmy listened to my issues (tennis elbow/shoulder tightness), and did a great job getting deep and relieving issues. Woke up today with elbow feeling better than it has in months.
- Rating 1.0Heather was great. Facial was great. However, front desk is not. Signed up a few years ago for the discounted multiple visit package. Wasn’t told I was being charged even months when I didn’t go. On top of that he auto renewed. I was given a chance to use the credits, but not enough time to really use them. Called for Dec appt. None available. Booked early Jan. Told I could use my credit card after my facial, she said I had no credits. I had to pay. I WON’T BE BACK!
- Rating 3.0Service providers are great and do quality work. Shazia and most therapists I've seen are professional and help with my specific concerns. The problem is getting an appointment and it staying the way you booked it. I've had my appointment times changed without asking or telling me first so I show up late.
- Rating 1.0My husband had a not very pleasant experience at Massage Envy. The massage therapist was rude and in a bad mood 😒 It was his Christmas 🎁 gift from me and she totally ruined it. The massage was on 12/26/24 @ 12pm with Laura.

- Rating 4.0Good massage and friendly staff. The negative was because the staff/people on the hall were very loud while I was relaxing 2 suggestions - ask the employees to be very quiet or not speak in the hallway and also put up signs they request guests to also not speak to respect those who are enjoying their massages
