- Rating 5.0They were almost 15 minutes late to call us back for our couples massage. It felt rushed. My therapist did not really check in on me during the massage. My husbands therapist had ear buds in and that was very rude. The lady at the front desk seemed like she did not want to be there and did not want to help us use the credit for my husbands membership until I asked her to have her manager do it.
