- Rating 1.0I signed up for a membership after being told that there were several massage therapists that did reflexology which is what I am mainly interested in. I found out that very few, 2-3 did this type. One, Gwen, I went to twice and she fell asleep both times. I spoke to the manager about it, who spoke to Gwen and she denied it so the manager did nothing. 2 wasted sessions. Most sessions that I made appointments for were either running behind because the massage therapist wasn’t there on time, or the sessions had to be cancelled because the therapist didn’t come in. I lost another two sessions that way and believe that at least one of them was not credited back to my account. My last session I asked specifically for a reflexologist and when I got to the appointment, the massage therapist told me she didn’t know reflexology. I had to have a regular massage or lose yet another session. This was a very disappointing year long experience that I had hoped would be a wellness journey but turned into a stressful expensive experience.
