- Rating 1.0My massage therapist was a man named Mike. During the massage he talked about massaging women until they have a "release." He also talked about being named on a beach and seeing people doing it "*****." I've never been to massage Envy and this entire experience was horrible and I felt like I was being taken advantage of during the conversation. I kept quiet in hopes he would stop talking. He also told me he was getting a divorce and moving to VA Beach in a couple of weeks.

- Rating 1.5As a long term member, it’s impossible to book an appointment in a reasonable time.
- Rating 1.0I returned after ending my membership years ago and it seems that nothing has changed, there are very few staff to offer openings so asking customers to sign up for a membership with the promise of available times seems very obsurd. My hour long massage consisted of the therapist talking about his studies and my grip strength. I did not book a massage for a PT session, I just wanted a massage with peace and quiet, not a lesson on my anatomy. When I was told my time was up, we had not started on time. I left with a complete disbelief in what had just happened, just too shocked to speak up at the time.

- Rating 4.0Like me, friends and family seldom inquire or offer advice about personal hygiene, business or activities. When (if) they do I shootbstraight. I like ME.
- Rating 5.0Shannon gave me a wonderful facial. She is very friendly, makes you feel so comfortable and explains each phase of the facial and how it helps. A true asset ME.
- Rating 5.0Dianne is the best
- Rating 3.5I love the services provided, but it’s difficult to get an appointment. And, if I continue to recommend ME, then there will be even less appointments available.
