- Rating 4.5I visited ME for a facial. The front desk staff were pleasant. Cammi, was my therapist. She was knowledgeable and professional. She made me comfortable and explained everything she was going to do and why. I felt so relaxed and my skin felt refreshed.

I have been a member for years yet they rarely LOOK at the notes on the account, check me out before my massage is over and continues to split prepaids. Not to mention, bill properly. My most recent visit, I had 4 prepaids after my last visit (early May), yet 6/14/24 before my service I was told I had 3.5 prepaids. ??? That is impossible given I haven’t had an appointment and had been billed for another month, bringing prepaids to 5. This is a CONSTANT issue and not an anomaly.
