- Rating 5.0The staff are all wonderful but the HQ rules about transferring are not client friendly at all - and the fact that they won't even work with clients with extenuating circumstances makes me not want to refer friends/family.

- Rating 5.0I was looking forward to a whole 1hr massage, but was called into the room at 2:40 and massage ended exactly at 3:30. Which means i was given a 50 min massage. I gave $20 tip because I had a gift card and didnt know what to do with the remaining $20 on it at that moment. I even got there really early so the consultation didnt go into my massage time. They need to keep to the tome that is paid for. Now, the massage was good and relaxing, but I should have gotten the full time I paid for.

- Rating 4.5I always try to schedule with Ashanti she is always informative about services but I never feel the high pressure sales tactics that make me want to escape it feels indulgent and relaxing other experiences have felt more like a time share presentation

I didn't know what to expect going in, but my masseuse, Sharon E. allayed my concerns and led me through a series of stretching exercises that proved very beneficial, especially to my lower back, glutes, thighs and calves. She also took the time to explain to me how each stretch technique works, how it benefits long-term health, and how it loosens a person's muscle groups in ways that help or strengthen the way a person walks, runs, or swims, even simple exercises. All in all, it was a very worthwhile and beneficial session, which I intend to repeat every other month.
