    I had a gift card for a 60-minute custom facial that was scheduled at 5:30. I got there early and went over skin history, preferences, etc, with the receptionist. I got called in by the esthetician right around 5:30 and went over some more details with her. So I think the earliest the actual facial could have started was 5:35 (although it was probably a bit later than that in reality). After the facial ended and she walked out, I checked the time and it was 6:17. So even being generous with the time, the facial was only 42 minutes. When I told the receptionists that my facial ended early, they told me it's only 50 minutes of hands-on time. I told them it was short even considering that. They didn't really say or do anything. I suppose there's nothing they could do at that point so I don't fault the receptionists. Maybe it's just me but to have the appointment end so early left a bad taste in my mouth. Can't say I recommend it.
