  I really like my service provider, she s the best and always provides the BEST service! The front desk staff is great, however this particular Message Envy has many rules that I don’t experience at other locations. Bottom line is they charge extra for everything. for

  I would advise changing your grace period policy as it has cost you a client of many, many years. Your clients should be able to use any portion of a paid session as long as it doea not affect the next client. If I was okay with a shortened massage time, why should that matter to the therapist? I had an appointment today at 3:30 and was running late because I was stuck in traffic. I texted at 3:38 to let my therapist know that I was running late but I would arrive soon. I arrived at approximately 3:47 and the therapist had left. I understand that you have a grace period but I let the therapist know before the grace period was up that I was close by and I arrived only 2 minutes after the grace time had elapsed. I drove 45 minutes in holiday traffic and my therapist couldn't be bothered to wait a couple of extra minutes. Now I have also lost a month's paid session.  I had no issue with my session today being short. I would never expect to make the next appointment run late. I am emailing you for your awareness as this type of lack of consideration for your clients has cost you one of many years. I will be canceling my membership.   We have been members for many years and have enjoyed massages. We believe the pricing for members is great.

  It was hard to make appointments. There was too much staff turnover. The esthetician waited until I arrived to tell me she couldn't treat me due to my health status. The staff didn't inform me when I made the appointment even though the information was in my profile.

  I have enjoyed my sessions with Peter, but it took several massage envy locations and even more providers to find someone that I thought was worth it

  Some of the best masseuses are available at ME to help with relaxation techniques and stress reliever options. I like the many options available for skin care, too, and the ability to get cupping when I need it. However, I would like to be notified when the tip screen is gauged for non- members so that I can tip appropriately. As a member I want that rate; not the non member rates.

  I like my service I've been a member for about years, I am still a bit troubled by the change in pricing. I signed up for a one price for the duration of my membership and it has gone up $25.
