- Rating 2.5Given this was my first experience with Massage Envy, I arrived 15 minutes early and there was no one there to assist so I waited to near my appointment time for what seemed like a rush of employees to come out and assist. My massage if we want to call it that was with Chong and while I asked for a firm massage when I signed up this had to be a deep tissue as a lot of the massage was pretty uncomfortable and as someone who works out daily, I am still, to this day sore fro m the pressure used during my massage
