- Rating 1.0The massage was supposed to be a transfer credit from my husband’s account. I even confirmed with the staff member with whom I scheduled 3 times. When I went I was charged the full amount (in addition to the transfer fee I had already paid). When I tried to get clarity they told my my husband only had a 1/3 credit to transfer. No one told me that in advance despite asking the question multiple times.

- Rating 1.0I have been a member for over 15 years. I have put up constant increases to my monthly fees. I have put up with constant unavailability of appointments. I have put up with a constant turnover of experienced masseuses. But what I won't put up with is getting charged a cc fee for tipping my masseuse. I flat out refuse to pay this. I will not use cash for tips and I will not pay a cc fee. Therefore, once I use up my credits, I will be ending my 15+ year membership if Tippy you insist on using this service. Period.

- Rating 2.5I enjoy the convenience of the ME locations and I have generally had good interactions with the front office staff, and I love my massage therapist. That said, rates have been going up and strangely, you are now charging me a fee to be able to leave a tip which I find off-putting. This is new, and not just a fee to cover the credit card costs (which might be 2-3%) which I could understand. Instead, the fee is 5x as much, provides another surreptitious revenue stream that is clearly a junk add-on fee which is really annoying.
