- Rating 1.5While the atmosphere is nice (clean and welcoming) whenever I have scheduled a deep tissue massage, I have never in fact received one here. I always get deep tissue massages at other places that always are exactly as asked for. A few times a year I will occasionally try to give massage envy a try again but the massages I receive just are not it. The pressure was very low (no fault Of the masseuse) but this was not what I was looking for. I unfortunately left feeling still in the same amount of pain.

- Rating 4.5The massage therapist is good well more than good it is great The only thing I don't want is when were about to leave one of the staff members asked us if we want to leave tips my question is why she has to ask us tip I don't like that because she is not the one who gave the massage Please tell them not to us about tips

I mentioned it at the desk afterward and was informed very nonchalantly the therapist does not do add ons so they cancelled it from my session. I told them it would have been nice to know that as I would have rescheduled with someone else as that is a must have for me when it comes to enjoying my massage. I should have been given a preference option just as the therapist was. My husband and I were greeted by incorrect names as another couple had an appointment as well and then greeted again by incorrect names at checkout. A very mediocre experience.
