- Rating 1.5My appointment started nearly 15 minutes late and still managed to end in time. I was also very disappointed in the quality of my massage. I had asked for firm pressure and overall received medium at best. I also felt very uncomfortable with my provider, it felt like he was annoyed the whole time and didn’t want to be there or working with me. It was definitely not a relaxing experience.

- Rating 5.0I’ve been seeing Jin for a couple of years. I have people who don’t recognize me because my skin is so different. I love the facials, but she has helped educate me on how to care for MY skin. I’ve recommended her to anyone who says “facial.” She’s amazing.
- Rating 3.0It’s unfortunate that the massage is only 15 minutes. And some of that time is spent talking to the practitioner so you really only got about 45 minutes. I believe I was in treatment room number 11. That room should be shut down. It looked like water had leaked all over the walls and damage to carpet. Having to stare down at the floor and see that during the massage was pretty disgusting.
