- Rating 5.0The communication and explanation of the Fri t deal person was very clear. She was very polite and helpful and had a smile on her face. The masseuse was also very happy, pleasant and explained things to me as well as listened to my needs.

- Rating 1.0Your policies are not customer friendly. When I could not come for a massage due to an injury and then I was out of town for several months, your policies were terrible. I was told I could not put my payments on hold, I could only transfer 1 per month to a 3rd party and then I had to pay $10., and that if I quit I'd lose all my accumulated massages. Once I use up my accumulated massages I will terminate my membership. I generally like your massusses, and the front desk folks are always friendly and nice.

You are the only Massage Company I know (I've dealt with several) that charge fees in order for me to let someone else use what I have fairly paid for. It should NOT matter how I use my visits. Especially since you made me pay during shut down of COVID and I have so many in my bank it's hard to use.
- Rating 4.0I really like the majority of the therapists. I’ve had one or two that I didn’t enjoy as much.
