- Rating 1.5Therapist was not very good this time. Didn't ask if things were comfortable, head rest was out too far and I kept hitting my nose on the metal bar. Had to ask the therapist if there was something wrong with the headrest he then pushed it all the way in. He did not ask if I wanted the bed heated or not, it was not heated. The table was too high for me to crawl on. The foot bolster was not in place and I had to ask him to fix it. He also didn’t ask if the pressure was OK he actually hurt me. Then at the very end I was waiting for him to do my feet as I had requested. He did not touch my feet. Very, very disappointing and when I came out of the room, he was nowhere to be found. I have always had my Massage Therapist meet me outside the room and walk me to the front door and thank me. When I was sitting in my car, I saw the therapist leaving to go and get lunch. I didn’t feel like I was a priority because he had to leave. Not very satisfied with this visit.

- Rating 1.5last minute cancellation of my appointment followed by an offer for a shorter massage (original appointment was 90 min), which was promised at “similar pressure”. The massage was at best “fine” the pressure was light. The massage started late. Not a great experience.
