- Rating 1.0When I went in I asked the therapist to focus on my neck. She asked a few questions and then set to work. She worked on my shoulders and back, pretty much everything except my neck. She then told me I needed to schedule another appointment because I was so tight. She missed the one spot I specifically asked her to pay attention to.
- Rating 1.0There is an enormous amount of miscommunication between the people at the front desk. I had numerous problems. When I respectfully voice, my concerns, I am greeted with a very “there’s nothing I can do about it.”
- Rating 3.5It’s a great services, but it is getting very pricey , especially when you add in tip.
