- Rating 1.5My fiancé paid for 90 minutes massage, I only received 75 minutes. The masseuse came & got me at 11:05 by the time I undressed it was 11:10 then about 10 minutes into the massages western music started playing over the speaker. I did not come there to do the 2 step, was very annoyed & couldn’t relax. The masseuse did go to the front desk to ask them to turn the music off, which was another 5 minitues wasted. My schedule appt was 11am to 12:30pm, I dressed & out the door by12:25pm.

- Rating 1.0I received an hour massage gifted to me. There were many issues finding the package or gift. I tried calling and figuring it out. I told my aunt who fitted the hour. My name was spelled wrong in the system. I was able to schedule. Got my massage then they called me to tell me it was expired the day before and I had to pay for the hour massage. I didn't know it had an expiration date.

- Rating 2.5I feel like the pricing should be communicated more up front. My husband scheduled me a massage for Valentine's Day. When he thought that it was $80 because that is what he read on the website, and no one told him any different. When I got home and told him it was $140 he was surprised. I don't think I would have done it if I knew it was $60 more than we thought. I think the scheduler needs to talk about price, when the text to remind comes it should have the price, and when you check in BEFORE the massage there should be the price so no one is surprised at the end of the appointment. Just my thoughts.
