- Rating 1.0I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I paid for a 90-minute massage, but it was nowhere near that length. The massage started 20 minutes late, and then in the middle of the session, the therapist stopped for about 4-5 minutes, during which I couldn’t see what was going on. When she resumed, the massage was good, but it ended early. By 8:45 PM, I was already dressed and talking to the receptionist at the front desk, so I know the session was shorter than what I paid for. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, I told her I felt I only received about 60 minutes, despite paying for 90. She was apologetic but didn’t offer any compensation or resolution. I was told that there’s typically a 5-minute buffer at the start and end for changing, but even accounting for that, I should’ve received at least 80 minutes—and I didn’t even get close to that. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a disappointing experience like this, and honestly, I wouldn’t return if it weren’t for gift cards from my sister. Based on this, I can’t recommend your business to anyone.

I googled 'is there a kind of facial for my back' and was surprised that ME has a back facial in their great line of facials in addition to massages. (Who knew?). My experience was fantastic, the center near me is similar to what I expect from a high-end day spa. All team members were great, the center was busy but running on schedule, and their new product line is now a new favorite. Aesthetician "Rachael" is best of the best, and is also married to a man serving our country in the Air Force. Thank you!
