- Rating 1.0The part that even if I call the morning schedules are released, I’m told I can only get one appointment at 10:00 am two months down the road. Massages are not booked based on first come first serve, but held for people. Also, during the week the manager will not answer the phone or return a call. The girl on the weekend ( I believe her name is Wendy) will always answer or call back. Funny that the employee needs to teach the manager.

- Rating 1.0I've been going to this location near my home for years, but I learned after I received my last service that this location is going to start tacking on a $10 "market rate" fee for every service received, just because this location is in my neighborhood of Park City, a resort town. I will never visit this location again, but will use up my credits in Salt Lake City near my work and then cancel my nearly 15 year membership. I'm very disappointed and hate to say good-bye
- Rating 1.0Issue #1: Paying membership dues every month without being able to schedule a massage for at least 2 months because there are no available times is highly frustrating. I am essentially lending my money to Massage Envy on an interest free basis. I know of no banks that would do such a thing. Issue #2: You cannot stop paying dues until they are able to schedule massages to use up your banked, unused massages. Instead, you must continue to pay dues in order to eventually actually use the ones you have already paid for months before . This is highly unethical andunprofessional
- Rating 1.0Your staffing for massages is dismal. I recently stopped my membership cause i couldnt get a massage when I wanted to. However, Andrew, the stretch therapist is outstanding.

- Rating 5.0Gerrit is the best sport massage therapist. Hard to get an appointment, but worth the wait! Front desk staff is awesome as well.
- Rating 3.5rates are climbing fast, seems like the money you have been holding, for massages we have paid for, should be good for a massage today. Yet you are almost doubling the cost for the 18 massages I built up credit for, during COVID.
- Rating 5.0I had another wonderful facial!!!
