- Rating 2.5For the past 4-5 years, I've had such difficulty scheduling a massage, and so I put a freeze on my membership (paying $20/month to do so). Hopefully, things will be better now that the Bountiful location says they are fully staffed.

- Rating 1.0I had a massage with Ken from the bountiful, Utah location. The whole experience was so uncomfortable. First his hygiene was horrible and appearance was unprofessional. The entire massage I felt so uncomfortable. From him playing with my hair, moaning during the massage, taking breaks standing at my feet for longer than seemed necessary, to him just rubbing my forehead to end the massage. The whole thing made me feel uncomfortable and gross. I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience what I experienced during that massage.
