- Rating 1.0I scheduled a 90 minute massage and added on a foot scrub. We started 10 to 15 minutes late and ended my massage 15 minutes prior to the 90 minutes to begin the foot scrub. In my opinion, I should’ve received a full 90 minute massage followed by the foot scrub. The foot scrub only lasted about 10 to 15 minutes. I requested medium pressure and at times it felt like the masseuse was merely tapping me. This is not an exaggeration. I typically have to ask masseuse to not apply as much pressure.
- Rating 4.0This is my 2nd time here and my experience was so much better than my first. I LOVED my therapist. She actually listened to my needs and did an excellent job!
- Rating 2.0Have no problem with my facial with Adrian or massages I receive when I can get them. When I try to schedule my next massage, y’all have no openings because you’re saving the dates for your new members. That is a disservice to your loyal customers, as well as a disservice to your employees When them dates did not get filled by the new members. I know this because the date or weeks that I wanted to get a massage they have no openings and then when your new members do not make an appointment, then you’ll offer them again to the rest of the people. Y’all do know this is Christmas and your employees would like to have money for the holidays. You’re not only having a death service to your loyal customers but also to your employees. Y’all should rethink how you treat loyal customers and have the massage date as it’s always been first come first serve. I am really considering canceling my membership. Happy holidays.
