- Rating 1.0I had received a service because of past issues. The person who was scheduled to do this facial did not show up. I had to wait over an hour so the person who was there could fit me in. Only a couple people working. While waiting, another lady came in to buy a facial product and no one could figure out how to ring her up. Very poorly run. I rated the feont desk low, because there was no feont desk person. The lady doing facials was trying, bit did not know the computer. Not her fault.
- Rating 2.0Was given a gift card for Christmas. Found out I had to join in order to use it. I joined but after I get there I realized I would get a free massage for joining. So I paid $50 for that free massage. So now I’m a member without my free 60 minutes.

- Rating 2.5The wellness contract wasn't discussed with me concerning paying for a year or by the month. I called this morning 1/07/25 and the lady said she would talk to superior and call me back before noon NO PHONE CALL. I will cancel tomorrow
- Rating 5.0Bailey was professional and talented . She was on time and took extra care to keep me comfortable. It was an escape from the hectic Christmas season.

- Rating 5.0I had a membership in 2014 and had to cancel it in 2019 due to moving to Japan. I really wish I would have suspended it instead!! I tried other individuals and got no where near the experience I have with Massage Envy!! At this location Rachel was great. She made sure I was comfortable and was in tune to my needs. I will never go anywhere but Massage Envy.
- Rating 1.0- only 2 massage therapists on staff with no availability for couple massages - therapist had 90 min but I only got 8 min massage on my back. Weird starting massage face up. In 90 min never got back of arms or legs done or feet
- Rating 5.0Everyone has been so kind, and I do not feel uncomfortable or mistreated by the staff.
