- Rating 1.0This Massage envy is the worst location I have used since I started with this company in roughly 10 years. It has had SEVERAL almost total staff changes since I started there 5 years ago. It is obvious the owner of this location cares very little about client satisfaction or the business it self. It appears this location must just be a tax right off or something similar. There have been at least 4-5 managers in the last couple of years the front desk staff seem to change every other week, I have had a few REALLY GREAT therapist but they usually leave quickly as well. I have had 4 chemical peels canceled for lack of supplies/product that I have been told by staff the manger is responsible for ordering. It is really a shame because this could be a great location. The town is growing with many potential new clients however I fear they will move on to another business in this area as I will be soon. I think it’s time for corporate to step in and clean this place up. With that said currently Alyssa front desk and Joe, Wei Wei therapist are awesome! I’m sure there are other therapist that are great these two are the only ones I have worked with that are still currently at that location.
