- Rating 1.0My massage therapist was NOT good! I’ve had previous massages from other Massage Envy franchises and this has to be the worst massage! I asked for medium pressure and it was SUPER LIGHT! This was not a massage, more like rubbing my arms, back, and legs with lotion. I booked this 90 minute massage as a birthday gift for myself and I totally wasted $200! I am still trying to figure out if Ms. Brenda, my massage therapist is a regular employee. My original therapist was switched due to her being ill. I SHOULD HAVE told Ms. Brenda to end the massage after the first 10 minutes! Needless to say, I am HIGHLY disappointed! This absolutely detours me from booking or recommending this location to others.
- Rating 5.0Always have my needs met. Paige is amazing and really got into the very tense muscles that I had. She was able to use some deep tissue massage to relieve the pressure in my shoulders and back.

- Rating 5.0I had a pulled muscle in my lower back and got an hour massage. My back was so sore afterwards, but I had 50% more mobility, the next day my back felt great.
- Rating 1.0My body has been in nonstop pain since I left I have knots and bruises from the had massage after I asked specifically for a soft massage this was the worse visit and I had to seek medical attention
- Rating 3.5It was a relaxing massage, however I really needed some more intensity around the depth. She asked what type of pressure, but I didn’t feel comfortable asking if she could go deeper, and she never asked if it was ok. I really wanted the focus on my shoulders.
