- Rating 1.0My husband and I were scheduled for a couples massage and had to cancel less than 4 hours before our massage. We have a year membership. When we called to cancel, I would have preferred the truth that I was going to loose out on our $120 massage if we didn’t show or give our massage to someone else. Instead we received “I’ll see what we can do”. We received a call after the massage would have been over and told, we tried but you will not be able to keep your credit. I get that it’s policy but tell me up front instead of thinking that you’re going to work it out for me.
- Rating 2.5My wife and I had a scheduled 90 minute appointment on December 7 called at 12:55 PM to cancel/reschedule for unforeseen circumstances. I spoke with Mary, she did explain that I was not within the 4 hour cancellation. However, I felt reassured when she said she would do her best to help me where I would not lose our credits and would receive a call later that day. I did receive a call towards the end of the day from Mary stating that she was not able to help me and I would lose our 90 minute massage credit for both my wife and I. My only complaint is it would’ve been nice to have been reminded or received a call sooner so I would’ve been able to have a family member or a friend take our places. We did pay for a when your membership and a little disappointing I know that we lost our credits. We may rethink renewing our membership.
