- Rating 5.0Lisa was very good at customizing my massage to my needs. She was able to notice areas with more tension and knots and used multiple techniques and strokes to try to relax the areas. Front desk personnel are always friendly
- Rating 4.5Check in and out is simple and the "upselling of products is minimal to nothing unless you want that. My masseuse John was really knowledgable about how to help what aches, plus he is quiet if you want to be quiet, or converses if you like that. Great experience. (I would give a 10, but the music volume was broken-- so had to listen on a louder volume than I'd like and the head support is always "wonky" and wiggly at a weird height. )

- Rating 5.0Firstly, the front desk associates always greet you with a smile and check you in promptly. When leaving, they always ask about the quality of your service and looking out for your service provider, always ask if you want to leave a gratuity. Secondly, and most important is my service provider, Kevin. For almost two years, he has provided top notch service. He always asks if there are any areas of concern prior to service to ensure your specific needs are met. I'm sure all service providers at this location provide great service. He's a diamond in the making and I'm greatful for his excellent service. Thank you!

- Rating 5.0The desk clerk has a welcoming (customer oriented) skill that makes it very enjoyable. The tranquil room is so relaxing. The massage therapist is the greatest. She executes customer’s request either deep tissue or not. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable about body points.
