- Rating 3.5Atmosphere is nice but the customer service over the phone didn't mark any of my requests. Staff at the facility were very professional and polite.
- Rating 4.0Conveniently located; Easy check-in via text link; credit card kept on file for easy payment; Front desk staff very friendly; Clean and inviting. Normally, I see Jeanette as my therapist. She was not available, so I saw another therapist. We did not communicate well and my massage was intense and painful. I will not be seeking her services again. Front desk staff was sympathetic and reached out to me to ensure I was ok afterwards. I appreciated that.

- Rating 4.0its a great facility ( Ive been in this one since 2004) but its getting a little harder to schedule, especially a 90 min.

Therapist didn't really listen to what I was asking for and decided on her own how she was going to treat me and chose to bring in the Theragun without telling me that it was considered an add-on at an additional cost of $15. Therapist never went hands-on with me which is what I really want during my sessions. Therapist also talked a great deal, which some talk is fine and I appreciate the friendliness, but I mostly want to relax and more silence would have been better.

- Rating 3.5Theresa did a good job on my deep massage. The one thing I wish the oil would have been warmed. Everytime she applied it, I would get a chill. The other thing I thought was odd was I didn’t receive a receipt. That never happens when you receive a service.
