  I recently visited your [Location Name] location, expecting the same great experience I had at another branch. Unfortunately, my experience this time was the opposite. I scheduled my massage a week in advance and specifically requested a female provider who specializes in firm-deep pressure. I was given the choice of two therapists and selected Susana, who was recommended based on my preference. Two days prior to my appointment, I received a confirmation text stating that Susana was my therapist, which I confirmed. However, when I arrived 15 minutes early as instructed, I was told that my appointment was actually with Tony. When I asked if Tony was female (since I had clearly requested a female therapist), I was informed that he was not. After checking, I was told that Susana was already booked and that my only options were Tony or Jeremy—both male therapists—or to reschedule. Since I had been looking forward to this appointment and had already waited for some time, I reluctantly chose to proceed. To make matters worse, I used a gift card that was supposed to cover the cost of the massage, yet I later discovered that I was still charged in full on my bank statement, in addition to the $20 tip I left. This experience was disappointing and frustrating. I had considered getting a membership and have purchased several gift cards for others in the past, but this situation has made me reconsider. I will add that the massage ended up being great and the staff was friendly, but to be completely honest dealing with the change and having to prepare myself for a male massage therapist was not ideal and then a day later seeing that I was still charged for the service and having to call back and deal with that was not something I expected to go through
