- Rating 3.5I was scheduled for an hour facial. I left after 30 minutes because my microderm solution ran out because my face absorbed it all. I have always gotten a neck and arm massage with the facials, but last facial and this one I did not. I paid for an hour and only received 30 minutes of time.
- Rating 1.0I was extremely disappointed in the decision of the attendant who answered the phone. I had to cancel my appointment for an important reason within the 24 hour period before my appointment. The attendant informed me, I would lose an hour for the late notice without any adjudication of a possible mitigating circumstance. The attendant did even acknowledge how long I have been with the company or that it had never happened before. A quick review or a question couple have helped or even made me feel like the company cared and appreciated their LONG time customer. This type of company policy perfects the company at the expense of customer satisfaction which in my mind both will have negative impacts to the business bottom line.
