- Rating 5.0I had originally booked a 60 minute massage but wanted to change it to 90 minutes. When I asked at the front desk I was informed that it would be at the discretion of the therapist. When I inquired of her if she could accommodate me she very readily told me she could. I appreciated the service with a smile!

- Rating 1.0I will not recommend Massage Envy to anyone since you have implemented a new tipping device. No one should have to pay a 5.4% service fee to tip anyone! Message Envy should be paying for the Tippy machine, not the patrons.

- Rating 2.0I have been a member for about 16 years. I enjoy the massage experience, but sometimes when your regular leaves you have to go thru some bad therapists to find a new one. For facials, I would not recommend. I have had 2 or 3 facials at ME and they just aren't that good. I do not feel like my skin is any different and the experience is just blah. I can in yesterday to get a micro dermotologist facial. It was scheduled for 60 minutes and I was do e in 30. In my past experiences while ur face is steamed ir setting you get a massage on ur neck or hands or feet. ME experience was very plain and not beneficial.
