  My massage appointment was scheduled for 2pm. I arrived at 2.00pm and checked in and was asked to wait in the back room and do some paper work, which I did with the person running the front desk. Once this was done I was told to wait and the masseuse would get me when ready. At 2.20pm I was still waiting so I asked the front desk if it would be much longer, she said that she would find out. She found the masseuse but told me the stones aren’t ready and they can’t do the natural stones because it will take long to heat up and so if I want a hot stone massage I’d have to switch to the thermal stones which are quicker to heat up. I agreed to switch to the thermal stones for everyone’s convenience. I still ended up not getting started with the massage until about 2.40pm - 40 minutes after my appointment. The actual massage also was only 40-45 mins long. When I asked at the front desk afterwards if this was normal, she said it should be hands on for about 50 minutes. She said that she would ask the manager to check the video to see when the masseuse entered and left the room so they can see if I got the full 50 mins, and that the manager (who was not in at this time) would call me the next day after checking the video. I never got a call or heard anything from the manager.

  Sandra was my massage therapist, she was very good. She listened and was very professional. One of my top 5 massage I have ever received over the years. Highly recommend her.

  I ask for a stronger peel and she didn’t give me that I spend $160 for something I know is not gonna do anything to my skin not worth it

  If the provider can smile. She was very professional but not warm and didn’t smile at all during greeting or at any point. We all have difficult days so I understand maybe that might not be her normal. Fast transitions during the massage session make it less relaxing. Overall satisfactory. Thanks a lot.
