- Rating 5.0The location is convenient, and the studio is clean and welcoming. The staff is courteous and professional. Jordyn, my massage therapist is highly skilled and has a warm personality.
- Rating 3.0I thoroughly enjoyed the massage however, I think the price is in today’s economy is a bit much and with the faulty music system that was being interrupted or the issues they were experiencing with the music hamper the entire experience and I would probably say the masseuse or massage therapist should confirm if the customer would prefer a more quiet atmosphere versus being Too verbal during the session.

- Rating 1.0I have already sent a separate email with my complaint. There were no issues with the massage, my issue is with the dishonesty. My husband set up an appointment for a 90 minute massage with an additional $15.00 enhancement. However, I was only given a 60 minute treatment. I checked in about 10 minutes before 6pm, was walked in at 6pm and walked out to the waiting area at about 7:05 pm. We went out to pay, the credit card payment was finalized at 7:22pm and we left. THIS IS NOT 90 MINUTES. VERY UPSET AND CONCERNED ABOUT THE DISHONESTY. EVEN MORE WHEN I FOUND OUT MY HUSBAND INCLUDED A $20.00 TIP FOR A TOTAL OF $230.00 I FIGURE WE ARE OWED SOME TYPE OF REFUND
