The services I asked about were not added and instead other services were added without even bringing up that they would be an extra charge. No walking me through the steps, most all the creams and lotions were spot applied. I get facials very consistently. This experience left much to be desired. I will not be returning here for facials and be sure to tell people to stay away unless they replace the esthetician.
