- Rating 1.0I have been a member since before COVID; I was mis-lead by the man who signed me up for my membership or else I would have canceled my membership long ago. The Lubbock location is way too hard to access, even for members. Because the location cannot seem to keep therapists, a monthly membership does no good because it is rare that I can get an appointment per month. And now, with no esthetician at the location, I can't even use my credits towards skincare.
- Rating 5.0Very comfortable with my massage techs , McClain and Ron are extremely knowledgeable and very professional and is why. I continue coming and have a membership because these guys are tops on their field.

- Rating 1.0The therapists/anesthetists are great, but management is atrocious… cannot keep good therapists, don’t even have an anesthetist, are not helpful when changing things on our accounts. And it’s not just a one time fluke, it’s constantly one or more issues and ongoing. Also, other ME’s have been open on Sundays, but never this one. We drive 90 minutes, have to confirm appointments ahead of time, but if management has an issue, who cares about the customer… I guess I can see why good therapists leave after a little while.
