- Rating 5.0I have been a member for several years and have never had a complaint. The customer service is fabulous and the therapists know what they're doing. There is a bit of a turn around, when it comes to therapists, but they always seem to hire great new ones. Erin in particular knows how to locate stress areas and work on relieving the tension with just enough pressure to release them without bruising or extreme soreness.
- Rating 1.0I have the membership but can never use it, because there are not available appointments after 4 or on the weekend, unless I go out two months. How am I supposed to use the membership monthly if nothing is available. I have wasted so much money
- Rating 3.0While my therapist is absolutely amazing, the moment you walk into the hallway to go to your massage room, it is so cold you feel like you’re in Iceland in the dead of winter. Also, the music is a piano or clarinet playing symphonic music instead of relaxing spa music one might hear at a high-end spa.
