- Rating 1.5Some massage therapist really try and give you a great experience. Others cut massage short 40 minutes by getting you late then stopping early. You should have an evaluation after each massage. This way you know exactly great to poor massage therapist. Currently you tell the front desk about experience which does nothing.
- Rating 2.5My appointment was for 5. I was led to the room at 5:10. Massage started at 5:12. Massage ended at 6. I paid for 60 minutes of service and received 48 minutes service. The masseuse did a decent job on what ailed me, got the knots out. He left a heavy amount of the oil on my back, too much. The excess oil could have been wiped off, or at least give me a towel to wipe it off with.
