- Rating 1.5I have been several times since July. The quality varies greatly between therapist. I have tried several. Some are okay but there is no consistency in how massages are done. It’s a gamble if you will have a good one. My last massage was 11/17. I laid on my back, face up, the entire time. She never touched my back. It was absolutely a waste of my time. Terrible. I am sorry I signed a wellness agreement.

Velia (I believe was the name of the lady who took care of me) was friendly, went out of her way to make sure I was completely comfortable. I bruise easily so she made sure that she used just the right amount of pressure to get rid of my “knits”—-but not too much so as to cause bruising. I was very pleased and would ask for her again.

- Rating 1.0The workers were not welcoming and it felt the opposite of classy in calm. Walking in the door the main lady told me to sit down while I was looking at the products. She also talked rudely to the employees. The lady that did my facial was very unprofessional and seemed to be possibly on something. She was talking so loud and had no idea what she was talking about. She was talking nonstop and was dropping things. I could tell she wasn’t professional training through a legitimate program. The whole experience was awful.
