- Rating 1.5The facilaists do not seem very experienced. Jessica didn’t seem to know what she was doing or how to properly apply chemical peel. The last two facials I’ve had I felt the same way. Siara was late and then ended the session early. I won’t be having any more facials and seriously considering cancelling my membership.

- Rating 4.0This rating is specifically for my last visit for a facial with Saira. My only issue is that I was instructed via text to be there 15 minutes before the actual appointment. I was there 19 minutes before the appointment and nobody came to do an initial evaluation before the facial actually started. I was instructed to go into the room right at 10 am (appointment time). Then Saira asked a few questions while she was setting up the equipment and preparing the area. I was expecting to spend more time explaining my skin care needs and sensitivities. I felt that my facial was actually rushed; the total time was about 40 minutes, including the time of the very short interview process. The total time should have been 50 minutes.
