We booked 2 two hour couples massages. Once we were taken back to the room, it was brought to our attention that only 1 hr massages were booked. In house Asst manager MISS Brittany was stoic, rude and unwilling to offer a solution to our situation. She would not offer any solutions to their mishandling of the booking. She covered for and believed the employee over the customer. She took our phone number and said the manager, MISS Kayla would call us that evening. She did not. I called her the next afternoon and she said “Oh I was just getting ready to call you…” she proceeded to say we cursed at the staff. We did not. I asked for her to produce evidence of that and she said she had the word of her Asst Manager. I offered a WIN-WIN option, because she had none. Reschedule us for the 2 hour couples massage and give each one of us a one hour credit for THEIR mistake. Instead she HUNG UP ON ME. Then she proceeded to take AWAY a credit from each of us because we didn’t get a massage!!! It was their mistake and they penalized us!!! Then she proceeded to CANCEL our membership and BAN us from using HER location. Ooh!! I’m really hot now!!! I have her rude email to share with corporate!!
