- Rating 5.0I have a lot of paid for sessions. It bothers me that I can not other friends, family members use it whenever. I pay for it and do it is annoying thst we have to wait 6 months to use it again. I think ME would be better off letting subscribers use the sessions however they want.
- Rating 2.5I set a 10 AM appointment and received a calendar entry confirming it. I did not notice that the text sent the day before had changed it to 11 AM and I had a time crunch. How can there be a change from the our agreed time send via calendar invitation and the text the day before. I never had this happen before so assumed it was correct when I confirmed until I got to my appointment. That is unacceptible

- Rating 4.5All good -- front desk and massage... I would suggest service provider come in at the beginning time. I understand provider needs to relax and have a break, if they just finished another massage. Fate is very good. Recommendation - use a blender to heat up the lotion.
