I was disappointed by my experience. When I first walked in, the front desk girl immediately informed me that I had booked online and that they don’t accept that introduction price at this location. she seemed annoyed, I asked her what she meant since i have already booked it. she just kept repeating herself as if I'm stupid, saying its 120$. In response I asked why no one called to inform me and said that's fine, go ahead and cancel since i booked it for 75$ and i can go to a different location. she said she will need to charge me cancellation fee. i was super confused, i explained to her I'm not going to pay 120$ for a mistake the spa did. she kept repeating herself, claiming I'm interrupting her speech like I'm in school and was called to see the principal. I explained her that i didn't mean to interrupt her, I'm ADHD and cant control it, I could tell we are not making any progress and wanted to resolve this. She kept preaching that ADHD is not a reason to interrupt her and continued to maintain her negative attitude, which was incredibly frustrating and uncomfortable. I asked for a manager since she was incapable of communicating respectfully, at that point she said she will honor the promotion. While the massage itself was perfect, her rude demeanor completely overshadowed the experience. I was so mad and felt humiliated. She was very arrogant and ignorant about ADHD, making me feel stupid for even mentioning it. Her attitude was dismissive and condescending, as if she couldn’t be bothered to treat me with respect. Even after I apologized for any misunderstanding she kept her bad vibes. once I was done she asked how was it, not a smile as if she had too. i wasn't offered water, i wasn't offered a membership or to book my next appointment. she said that it and turned ..then i said to her that if she hates her job she can find another one, of course she had to argue again as if im in a relationship with her and she has to be the one to say the last word. If you’re working in a spa, good communication skills and a welcoming attitude are essential, and unfortunately, this was severely lacking during my visit. I felt unwelcomed and tense, which really affected my overall experience. It’s unfortunate because I was looking forward to a relaxing visit. I hope they address this issue so future customers have a better experience. I won't be returning.
