After the way this last incident was handled I'm canceling my membership, and suggesting my wife and in-laws do the same. The main issue has come from the front desk staff at this location. The fact that the app has never linked right with may account has added to the situation. Then lets add on the fact that the app is generally down. This all leads me to have to call in and schedule everything over the phone. The have scheduled me wrong twice. The first time I assumed was my error. This time I put it in my calendar as we spoke. Somehow it was put on the schedule for 2 hours earlier then we discussed. When the desk employee called me and told me I was late I told them I was not, and told them all about how I knew this was the time. They never sent me a text with the time, but I did later see they had sent an email with the wrong time. I could not go at the time they incorrectly scheduled. I could not wait another week either. I told them I did not want to reschedule at this time. I made it very clear that no mater what they sent this was not my fault. She said she would get everything handled. Later that day I got an email showing I had been charged (to my membership) for the massage. I don't care that "well if you got an email" was her answer. I made that clear. I will never return to this place and most likely another Massage Envy. My current therapist has been great, but everyone that's good seems to leave anyway.
