- Rating 5.0I think y'all have a newer manager at this location (or new since I was a member). She was very compassionate and wanted to make sure we were set up to have a good experience. She asked the right questions and made sure she put us with the right therapist for what we wanted to experience. She was great. My husband was placed with Nathalie who he has had before and she was excellent. I was placed with a new therapist, Rickie, who was EXCEPTIONAL. Made me think about getting a new membership, lol.
