  My masseuse wasn't customer service friendly. She did her job, but that's what she did--her job. When she was done massaging, she was already walking out the door, telling me to have a good day while I was still face down. I explained how much pain I was in prior to the massage; there was no empathy or sense of wanting to make it better. It was about getting the job done and moving on. I walked out after I was dressed, and it looked like an empty building as I walked on my own on my way out. I appreciated her completing the job to the best of her ability, but there were areas I mentioned that were not attended to; that being said, I will not be returning. It's one thing when you get that service in Killeen, but it shouldn't be this way in Harker Heights. It shouldn't be like this anywhere. I appreciate her making it happen, but I truly needed care to help with what was going on with my body.

  They make me feel like the center of the universe - EVERY TIME! Everyone at the front counter welcomes me in, my therapist always asks how I am feeling and what areas need special attention, when I check out they always ask how my session went.

  I like to be able to book something online. I'm typically not a chain user but I was desperate. My therapist in my town was booked for several days out. I was able to get in the very next day with the most amazing massage therapist...Ashley in Harker Heights is amazing! The second time I went back, I joined the club and tell everyone around me.

  Lack of flexibility when unable to make my appointment. No personality or communication, just “no”. The associate would rather have lost my business then to work with me and reschedule. I read it was at their discretion to charge the cancellation fee or not and it was an absolute no. So Massage Envy will not get my business.
