  Every single time I arrive, I am treated like I am the center of the universe. The staff's attention is on getting me checked in, so I can proceed to my massage. The front desk staff is extremely well trained. Nothing but smiles, "thank yous", and "sirs." Ashley, my therapist, asks me every single time before we start if there are any problem areas to work. When I do have problems or areas that need more attention, she makes sure that she covers them during my session. She is the best!

  Every time I have a session, EVERY employee makes me feel like I am the center of the universe while I am there. They all smile, thank me for visiting the establishment, ask if I needed anything other than what I had scheduled for. Very attentive to MY needs.

  Many people might shy away because of the cost. But I find the cost commensurate with the benefits and service received. The prices are actually below what you might find at other businesses. It’s well worth the cost and extremely therapeutic. There’s also consistency in services, which is a halmark of a great business. I pay a monthly fee as a member, so she I get my scheduled facial and massage, I’m only paying about $$150 a month.

  The store stole from my wife. She went to book an appointment after my visit. After setting the appointment, the system told her that the time slot was not available. The next day we were charged for a missed appointment. Tried to call but told you know it's technology. You missed your appointment, even though the system told her she didn't get the appointment. The person on the phone said you should have called to verify your appointment. Hello we were told there was no appointment.

  I tried booking online and at checkout it told me that my desired appointmentwas no longer available. There were no other appointments available that day so I closed the web page. I DID NOT recieve a confirmation email or courtesy call, but with out my knowledge the appointment was booked. Because I was unaware of an existing appointment, I missed it and was charged $40.30. They did not care about the circumstances and refused to work with me.
