I have had a membership there for years, and look forward to going there every other week. I love my masseuse, Monse. She is amazing! However, the new woman who works at the front desk has given me trouble. I used to be greeted by friendly faces who knew my name, and now I get hassled for mistakes that the front desk people make. I was told that they could reschedule me with Anthony one Friday when Monse wasn't able to make our appointment. When I arrived, the woman said that my appointment started 15 minutes earlier than my usual Friday appointment. I told her that I'm always scheduled at the same time every other Friday, and she proceeded to act like it was my mistake. She refunded the appointment but made me feel like it was my fault. This is just poor customer service, in my opinion. I hope you can find some warm, thoughtful people to work at the front desk. Thank you!
