It is the corporate aspect and all of the unwise and non customer friendly changes they've made over the past years that lends it self to the opposite end of the scale. I joined ME originally when a handful locations were owned by one man. Everything was fantastic. The place was always booming, full of energy and everyone in the halls and up front - clients and employees - were all happy. To be honest, since the private individual sold the locations everythign had changed and not for the positive. That's "in a nutshell."
