- Rating 5.0My masseuse (Vicky) was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. She questioned me thoroughly regarding my goals, answered all of my questions and performed a great massage. One cannot ask for more. Insofar as the front desk was concerned, they too showed respect and appreciation for their customers and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.
- Rating 1.5I didn’t feel like it was very good, pressure wasn’t what I asked for , my room was across from the employee lounge and 2 people stood out in front door chatting the whole time and in/out, time was cut by close to 10 minutes

- Rating 3.0I was given a $75 gift card to Massage Envy last year. I am terrible about taking care of myself and finally decided to book a massage. I read over my mobile gift card and made sure I didn't need to do anything and when I arrived to the Massage Envy in Corinth I even told the front desk associate that I had a $75 gift card I was wanting to use. My massage experience was great and when I came out to the front desk at the end of my session I showed the associate my mobile gift card with the barcode. I was told that my gift card could not be used because I needed to print it out. I ended up having to pay full price for the massage. I was able to do that but I had budgeted out for a massage using the gift card given to me. I don't really understand why I couldn't use my gift card and why I was told it had to be printed. If that is the case, it needs to be stated on the mobile gift cards when emailed to the receipt. I guess I would just appreciate someone explaining to me why I couldn't use it. I emailed Massage Envy customer service over 48 hours ago and have yet to hear anything back.
