- Rating 1.5This is my second massage at Massage Envy and both have not been up to the quality that I expected. The masseuse this time seemed to just be rubbing my skin and had no real purpose. The sheets are usually moved in a way to allow the upper part of the back legs to be massaged. He did not do that well and he massaged the front of my legs through the sheet and blanket. He didn't even go to the trouble of pulling back the covers. This was frustrating to me and incredibly lazy.
- Rating 3.0It’s horrible to cancel membership. When I call sometimes I have to leave a voicemail and NO one calls me back. I have to call back two more times.
- Rating 1.0Was told wrong information by staff on rules when scheduling. The manager was argumentative and did not want to resolve the issue.
