- Rating 3.0When I got there I was told I didn't have an appointment because the person I was booked with was no longer there and I had been notified, which 1) I had not been notified 2) the therapist they said I had an appointment with was wrong. I strong thing Massage Envy did the clients no favor when they stop making courtesy reminder calls. This is not the first time I have had a booking appointment issue that would have been solved with a reminder. Earlier I was called I had an appointment which I did not have on my books that was only 2 week after an appointment and my regular appointment was in 2 week. Love my therapist, hate the booking issues I have had. If it weren't for the therapist I would cancel after almost 13 years of being a loyal client.
