- Rating 2.0The last massage I had was terrible. I waited 15 minutes past my appointment time before I was called back into the room and my massage was rushed. I was not given my entire 50 minutes. The therapist Renada was distracted with responding to messages on her watch and only massaged me with one hand. Also I told the therapist about my problem areas the therapist did not concentrate on any of my problem areas as requested. It was not a good experience in the least and the customer service was terrible from the therapist. The front desk staff was courteous.

- Rating 2.5I did not use my November appointment and when I asked to Apply to December - I was told it was used - the manager did nothing to correct. Very disappointed.
- Rating 3.0I booked with Taylor and 2 weeks in a row I showed up and the first time she was sick and the second time she was a no show. Very unfortunate because the one time I had a massage for her it was fabulous. I was given a free aromatherapy.

- Rating 5.0India was very kind and professional. I had a bit of an issue with a gift card that my son had purchased for me back in May. I wasn’t able to locate my email and there was no information on the system. This was before India had started working with Massage envy. I was able to locate the original email that was sent to my son and from there we were able to move forward. India was extremely concerned and, driven to find a solution and I appreciate it her professionalism and her kindness. I had a massage with Taylor. She was also very professional and knowledgeable of my issues and it was a great experience. My tension was reduced after the massage and that was my intent.
