  Excellent customer service by friendly staff. I was offered a drink while I waited. It was a clean environment with calming music playing and the lights were dim. My massage therapists was kind and listened to what I requested. She made sure I was comfortable and spent the most time on the areas I wanted her to work on. My whole experience was lovely.

  I'd recommend it but not at this location. I go here because I'm lazy and don't want to drive but that doesn't mean that I leave this place fully satisfied. I started my membership at the South Austin location and every single time, they leave me feeling brand new and wanting to schedule right away. At this point, I feel like I'm just trying to use up my credits (which is way too many) so I can cancel.

  My last massage was terrible. The therapist was unprofessional and even left in the middle of the massage to use the restroom.

  Brittany did my customized facial and she was AMAZING! She turned my spontaneous day into a relaxing great experience! She was informative & most of all I’ve gotten so many compliments on how my skin was glowing! My skin looks amazing and I am definitely coming back! I forgot the ladies who helped me at the front desk names but they were super friendly and provided great information and customer service.

  The Coppell location experience is absolutely horrendous. First I was scheduled with Renata, who would always be late..had to wait at least 10/15 mins for my appointment and was very cold. So I changed to Mariah. She was also similar....on the 7/27/2024 visit - Nariah was late. I was taken in at 1.10 for the 1.00 pm appointment. Was out at the counter paying by 2.05 pm. Am a long time customer of ME (greater than 10 years). Understand that massage is for 50 mins only. But here Nariah was late and rude at the counter when I realized that she did not give me the full 50 mins. Very very bad experience

  The people there were great. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Nariah was great and was able to pinpoint my issues. I thought I was there for neck issues but as it turns out, it was my back.
