- Rating 5.0India was very kind and professional. I had a bit of an issue with a gift card that my son had purchased for me back in May. I wasn’t able to locate my email and there was no information on the system. This was before India had started working with Massage envy. I was able to locate the original email that was sent to my son and from there we were able to move forward. India was extremely concerned and, driven to find a solution and I appreciate it her professionalism and her kindness. I had a massage with Taylor. She was also very professional and knowledgeable of my issues and it was a great experience. My tension was reduced after the massage and that was my intent.

- Rating 5.0Excellent customer service by friendly staff. I was offered a drink while I waited. It was a clean environment with calming music playing and the lights were dim. My massage therapists was kind and listened to what I requested. She made sure I was comfortable and spent the most time on the areas I wanted her to work on. My whole experience was lovely.
- Rating 3.5I'd recommend it but not at this location. I go here because I'm lazy and don't want to drive but that doesn't mean that I leave this place fully satisfied. I started my membership at the South Austin location and every single time, they leave me feeling brand new and wanting to schedule right away. At this point, I feel like I'm just trying to use up my credits (which is way too many) so I can cancel.
