- Rating 4.5Always a good experience but need to understand out clause so you do not loose money. Use it or loose it is not for everyone. If a person is not able to keep up with using the monthly amount it can get away from them and then getting out is harder than just getting out.
- Rating 2.0I wasn’t really pleased with my massage . I booked my experience to be a 90 min massage with hot stone elevation and I didn’t feel as though I got a massage so much as I was just rubbed down with hot stones nothing at at all what I felt the message should be if I wanted to rub my hands in feet in circle motions just around my legs and feet I would have booked a pedicure I asked to focus on specific areas primarily my lower back and shoulders but again the only thing focused on was my feet and legs mostly I know it was a full body massage, however I just felt majority of the time was used focusing on things well below my lower back ( legs ) . I would have spoken up about it but it was to the point of no return I felt and slightly annoyed but the end of service that I figured I should just tip and pay for the service anyways .

- Rating 2.5Have been going to various Message Envy’s for 30 years. Today I was informed that since this was not my home store that I would need to pay $5 fee. When I joined message envy a long time ago I liked that I could use them all anywhere and that was a selling point. I will now look for a different place since your new change.
