- Rating 2.5Front desk and customer service at this location is terrible. Massages and facials great. I was told I had one credit left when I checked out. I questioned the lady if that was enough for my facial that was booked 4 days later. She didn't know and didn't have anyone to ask. I called and left a msg, no one called back. I called again and was told 1 credit would work for a massage so the lady was going to confirm the message because I had already requested to reschedule after not hearing back from my message. She never called me back. So I called back again and was told I only had 1/2 credit so I canceled my massage, very frustrating.
