- Rating 4.0Omar at the front desk was a delight. Very positive, friendly, helpful, professional and quick. He made me feel welcome and in best hands. He didn't push membership what actually the reason was that I decided to get a membership again. I was early and the paperwork on the tablet was easy to understand and easy to operate. The wait time was great. I was asked in from the therapist even a bit early. She greeted me very warm and welcoming and explained what I needed to know. Reesa made me very comfortable and again I felt in good hands. The massage session was what I needed. The deep work on my problem areas was great. Just the right amount of pressure. I liked the slow, deep moves. The rest of the medium pressure session to relax was good but not something to rave about. She has great hands. The movement is nice and slow and on the right spots. But at times it felt too repetitive and a tad too light. Effleurage is a great tool for relaxation massage but it should be not too light and not too repetitive. Other than that it was a overall great session. Checkout again was easy, very friendly and setting up the membership was also a breeze. This location so far is a great place. 2 points deducted for available therapists and times. There should be more options. Especially shorter notice. Sometimes I can't plan 2 weeks or more ahead. That was the reason I left the last time I had a membership.
