- Rating 2.5The therapist was amazing but the front desk staff are ridiculous. This continues to be an ongoing issue for this location. They are not courteous, they have poor grammar and lack effective problem solving. They are an embarrassment, if you could track the money you lose bc of this group you would invest the time to retool and upscale them.

My therapist really took the time to work a highly problematic area and actually listened to me - thank you! I have had serious service issues at another location and this location is making me reconsider a possible membership cancellation
