- Rating 2.0My last massage was not good. I advised I was having issues with my lower back and sciatica. She focused mostly on my neck and shoulders. Working one spot on my neck too much that I left with more pain. I tried to call the location the following day to speak with the manager a few times and was told they weren’t there and didn’t know when they would be in. This response makes it seam like the customer’s concern are not important enough to even take a message.
