- Rating 2.0The therapist started the timer BEFORE he left the room for me to get changed and then he left early a few minutes for me to change towards the end of the session. I saw the timer. The total massage session I received was 42 minutes, not the 50 minutes I paid for. The therapist was nice but said he was going to give a "customized" session. He did not do massage - he spent the entire 42 minutes doing pressure points and stretching. The receptionist put a lot of pressure on both my daughter and myself to tip and to tip a certain usual amount. This was done in the lobby and in front of other patrons. We have been to this location several times and have always had a good experience. This was disappointing.
