    The ladies at the desk were super nice, but the masseuse seemed very uncomfortable like he didn’t want to do the massage. He kept saying how he couldn’t handle the heat of the hot stones which is fine but then he shouldn’t have chosen to do the massage I’m sure he had a choice. He also asked where I wanted him to focus I said neck but he kept massaging my hands instead? He seemed very rushed the massage ended 10 minutes early but it also didn’t start on time so it was maybe 40-45 minutes long instead of 60 minutes. He also had the massage table set up for me to lay on my back but freaked out a little bit when he came in the room like he saw too much of me or something (I was covered with the sheet) and said I was supposed to be laying on my stomach. I didn’t think it was an issue because usually when I get a massage I’m on my back for part of the massage and laying on my stomach for the other part. I wish I could redo the experience at a different location but y’all are a business first so I will do more research into where and who I get a massage from next time. It just sucks because I wasted my gift card and I was really looking forward to this Christmas gift. I still gave him a tip I didn’t want to be mean and make him feel bad or even more uncomfortable.
