  I would give it a higher rating, but is still difficult sometimes to get bookings. I really do like the therapist who provides the service.

  The receptionist, Jennifer has always been rude to me. She hung up on me when I was asking about my membership. I was under the impression I was on a six month contract then it would go month to month. She said that it was canceled after six months and not on auto pay. I asked her to speak with the manager, Lana, who never called me back. Jennifer then yelled at me and hung up. Leslie, my massage

  The front desk staff are some of the worst customer service people I’ve ever encountered. They are incredibly rude and it’s consistently bad… Every time I go in I dread having to interact with them and you basically have to because of the horrible scheduling system you guys have set up. My appointment was also cancelled with 45 minutes notice a few weeks back, they were able to reschedule me for later in the day but then about 2 hours before that appointment they called and canceled that one as well. At that point they said “we don’t have anything else until your next appointment” which was 2 weeks away. She said she would add me to the waitlist but I’ve been on the waitlist a few times and never receive a call to come in. I’ve had great interactions with the therapists themselves and shoutout to Amanda because she was incredible. Shoutout to Lana too, because she went above and beyond to make it right when my appts got canceled. To the front desk staff, if you’re so miserable with your life that you have to make everyone around you miserable, find a new career.

  I’ve been a client for over 5 years now. They are always prompt and area is clean. I go for medium massages. I’ve had a facial once.

  Every session I have had has been great. I especially like the Facial with Cheyenne. She is so professional and sweet.

  I’ve had several appointments canceled at the last minute this last year without a 24 hour notice like clients are suppose to give. I think what’s fair for the client is fair for the therapist that cancels at the last minute. Clients should not be charged for something happening at the last minute. I listened to a receptionist explain to a client when I was at my appointment this past Monday that if her slot with a therapist could not be filled, her account would be deducted. That’s not right. I’ve had least 3-4 appointments canceled this last year within 15-20 minutes of my appointment time.

  I like to fact that my membership is for all locations, as I travel frequently and at my home residence(s) a location is more then an hour away
