- Rating 4.5Rachel listened to my concerns and did an excellent job of on working on just my specific issues. Her massage significantly decreased the spasms in my left shoulder/neck. I would highly recommend her. In fact, I had future appoints scheduled - but I am going to change them to Rachel. She was that good. Very, very satisfied.
- Rating 1.0The massage was wonderful, but overall customer service over the years has declined. I accumulated credits because I was unable to receive messages during my cancer treatments. Once I returned there weren't enough workers to have consistent massages. I would have to schedule 6-8 weeks out. I enjoyed the 90 minutes, but I was told the masseuse I liked was no longer conducting 9p minutes. I have cancelled my membership with over 19 accumulated credits.

- Rating 2.5I have been a massage envy member for about 14 years, and I have really enjoyed and appreciated them. I have had great therapists. The last therapist was Rocio and she is phenomenal. However, over the last few years, therapists seem to be in a revolving door. Initially, I would have the same therapist for years at a time. Now, they are only there for a few months. I’m not sure if it location specific, but this year, I have had more appointments cancelled (by therapists or the location) than appointments kept. It’s frustrating and it seems so hard to get into an appointment now, it hardly seems worth it. I have enjoyed the stable monthly rate, but I now my appointments are getting cancelled faster than I can use my credits.
