When I walked in, a middle-aged Asian lady asked me if I was the cleaning lady. When I said that no, I was a client, her and the other lady, a young African-American lady, looked at each other and started laughing. Not a very welcoming greeting to say the least. I asked if they had change for the parking meter and they said no. Would be nice if they did since all the nearby parking requires quarters. When I left the massage room there were 2 exit signs. I wasn't sure which to take. The masseuse pointed the way and added that many people walk into the massage room underneath the exit sign instead of continuing to the side. I wonder why if it's a continued issue, nobody has taken steps to make the exit back to the lobby more clear. A sign by the lobby door would also be helpful when leaving. When I left, I said goodbye to the young lady behind the desk but she didn't respond. Thinking she might not have heard me, I said it again but louder. This time she looked at me with a tight smile and still never said a word. The masseuse was good but very chatty and usually when he chatted he either stopped massaging or did a one-handed, half as hard version of what he was doing prior to chatting.
