I think ME is short sighted in this and is definitely not customer focused in this. I don’t like it at all ~ so, I am not able to promote membership to people I care about. As to everything else at ME…the services are excellent. Receptionists are engaging and very accommodating they can be. The therapist are really good to great! I wish ME would try some testing in some markets and see if instead of imposing restrictions on sharing time with others they opened it up to the customer. I’ll bet they find increased enrollment! Betcha!!!
- Rating 1.0It is hard to get appointments scheduled to accommodate my life style. Unable to rebook after appointments. Often times schedules are not yet posted. I prefer the same therapist once a month. That rarely happened.
